John Deacon, the founder and heart of John the Arborist, is a born and raised Washingtonian with a passion for his native mountain country. With an AAS in Forest Sciences and extensive experience in both private and public forestry sectors, John brings a broad perspective on forest management and tree care. His work in timber production and wildlife habitat conservation has given him a unique understanding of the forests in the Great Pacific Northwest.
John is a Certified Arborist, earning his credentials with the International Society of Arboriculture (ISA). His philosophy is simple: to provide a fair and honest tree service using modern arboricultural industry practices.
